Book of Life

The Book of Life has been established in the grounds of South Lincolnshire Crematorium and stands at the head of the Formal Memorial Garden.

This provides a memorial facility to commemorate loved ones whose ashes have been laid to rest here.

Black granite plaques inscribed with gold colour inscription are mounted on the pages for a fixed dedication period.

Plaques are dedicated for a period of 10, 20 or 30 years. At the end of the lease term a reminder will be sent to your last known address inviting you to continue the dedication if you wish.
